Starting Problem: no spark

Broaner and I recently finished a DE-K swap in my 95. Everything is connected and seems to be working because the car push starts and drives great. The problem is that it will not start on it's own, something is cutting spark. The coils arn't getting signal.

Codes:
0205 - Idle Speed Control - No IACV hooked up right now.
0401 - Intake Air Temp Sensor - Doesn't matter
0407 - Crankshaft Position sensor (reference) - Unplugged, cleaned, replaced.
1005 - EGRC Solenoid valve - Not hooked up
The ECU was reset and it came up with these codes again.

What we've done troubleshooting:
Tested grounds and power at starter
Different battery
New starter
All connectors checked
We changed out the cam sensor and both crank sensors

I think it has somthing to do with that Crank sensor code but what? The engine also occasionally hesitates for a split second while cranking.

The crank sensor could be the cause of no spark. Have you tested the sensor with a multimeter?

Yeah that's a good idea, If the reading is incorrect there's a donor lower harness and/or ECU I can try.

Every sensor that is related to enabling spark has been replaced with a known good sensor. The results haven't changed. Is there a way to test the rear harness going down to the front crank sensor and OP sensor without pulling it? That is the only logical step I can think of at this point. God this is aggrevating.

Tyler, I realized that in order to use your donor harness we are going to need to resioter the injector plugs. Or we could use my sidefeeds. You should bring that harness and the LIM and one good rail you have tomorrow.
