Pathfinder TB Cold Start Issue

I've lost track of how many times I've tried to fix this damn thing. The point is that when setting the tps, the butterfly does not drop back to .5 ohms like the stock tb does. Thats what I meant by not closing correctly. Without the tb allowing the tps to drop back to .5 ohms I'll never get rid of that tps code and the ridiculously hard tranny shift. Since no one on here has helped me fix the problem I really have no other choice but to see if another tb will fix the problem.

Why isnt is closing all the way ?? if you have it in your hand, can you pysically see it NOT closing all way ??

no when I hook up the multimeter it and set it to .5 it will open fine but won't drop back to .5ohms when I let go. I can then push on it a little and it will drop back down. I don't know what to do with it. I've tried wd 40 but it doesnt do anything. I posted about taking it apart too but no one helped me out. I'm stuck with it.
