VIAS Problem

So I did my JB Weld fix with my VIAS. Now when I bolt the VIAS to the UIM and move the bar, it will not reclose. Seems to get stuck. Got all the excess JB Weld out of the cup and there is nothing on anything else. Do I just need more grease or something? It only does this when I actually bolt it tight. Too much JB Weld? That would be a b!tch....thoughts please.

Nope. Everything is clean now. I scrapped everything off so the only JB Weld is at the bottom of the cup. Will grease solve the problem if everything is clean? It will will slide ok when opening, just won't close on it's own like before.

Also need to know about the wires on the VIAS. Red is power. Is green ground? Thanks.

Ok I got the VIAS working. The plastic piece was hitting the JB Weld so I trimmed it down and have some lube on there.
