Exclamation DEK Swap - Vacuum galleries

Help me out here. Trying to figure out where everything goes between the 2 galleries. Can anyone tell me if i'm at least close to being right.
I got alot of info from the FSM and Ceasar's Vacuum Hose Thread (00VI: vacuum hose check, will crank but not start ? (photos)). He wasn't running EGR but I am so I'm hoping I have everything hooked up correct. I'm using 4th gen LIM fuel rail & injectors, & IACV.

The top is of the gallery at the rear of the engine. The bottom is the one with the 3 sensors on it towards the front of the engine. The reason why the numbers aren't in order at the bottom is because of the way the piping lines up. It's in order from top to bottom in the middle of the gallery

Here is a list of the connections
1A---00VI(#3)
1B---8
1C---Check Valve
2A---Intake Midpipe
3A---EVAP Canister Purge Control Valve
1Z---Fuel Pressure Regulator
2Z---6
3Z---7
4----EGRC-BPT Valve
5----00VI(#5)

Please let me know if I missed anything or got something hooked up wrong.
Thankz
