VK45 Throttle body.

In the july 07 issue of SCC they have the endless 350z in it. They say they have a VK45 TB on it. It doesn't look like in the picture of the engine that there is any adapter used. but could be wrong.

I haven't been able to get much info on it, but my searches tell me 90mm. The few results I got pointed to using it on the SR20. Maybe they confused it with the VH throttlebody, though

I haven't been able to confirm that Nissan has any DBW TBs that are larger than 70mm. If a larger TB is used, it's probably the 90mm VH part.

Even the Titan VK56 uses the same 70mm DBW TB.

If you want a mechanical 75mm TB that can be made to fit more easily, I would suggest some of the aftermarket 4.6l Mustang TBs found on Ebay. Most of them are very simple in design and reasonably priced.

You think our TPS will calibrate just fine with it ?

Measure it from the back, which will require removal.

No removal and measurements from the back side, no care. Don't forget that the TB is tapered on the front.
