Ok so the VQ35de is of course an award winning motor in a lot of nissan cars and trucks with different "tunes".
My question is... besides the basic I/H/E thats adds sum hp and trq, what parts would a person invest in if they desired a stronger top end game.

 

Cams and a SSIM come to mind.

 

IM Spacers and Larger MAF is what I am thinking, with proper tuning of course

 

Modified IM aka SSIM, larger MAF housing, cams, etc.

I think this is a good topic. I would like to do some small things to increase power too. How does the larger maf help and do you think a pathy tb would help me Im boosted!

Please search the boosted forum for opinions on the PF TB and yes, a larger MAF housing will add some HP whether n/a or boosted.
