3.5 swap complete... low rpm choking

I just recently completed the 3.5 swap and took it for a spin with a little over a 1/4 tank.... I noticed after filling up the tank, when rolling from a stop, the car chokes and once the car hits approx 2500+ rpms the car runs fine... I did not use a FPR and I have to setup up the evap purge valve. Any ideas would be great. I have a walbro laying around and will be installing that soon.

Tks fellas....
