FWD vs RWD VQ35DE crank

Hey,

Does anyone know if there is any difference between a FWD (eg maxima) and a RWD (eg 350z) crankshaft?

I've heard the offset from the timing cover isn't exactly the same, so you might have difficulty lining up belts... not sure though, really need to see one myself.
