TS ECU question

I have had the ECU for quite some time, and never had a problem with it.

I was just thinking today and came up with this question...

...when the temperature/humidity/elevation change, so does the AFR. If TS sets a 13.1 AFR, then does it always stay at that, no matter the circumstances, or does it work off of the OEM compensation "chart?" Same with performance then, does it stay the "same" at 13.1, or change?

They condition MAF signal, so therefore it would compensate for said ambient changes.
