How hard to convert FWD VQ to RWD VQ?

Not saying I want to convert my Maxima to RWD but I have a FWD VQ35 sitting in my garage that I was wanting to drop into a certain 240sx and I was just wanting to know how hard it would be to basically convert it to the point to where it would drop right in a 350z or G35, would all I have to do is put a 350/G35 clutch/flywheel/tranny??? Sorry for the noob question but I just figured I would ask......

As simple as changing out the block.

Block casting is different, FWD vs RWD. Been covered on here a bunch, especially lately.

RWD VQ35s have different mounting locations than FWD VQ35s. The blocks are not identical. The blocks do not have provisions for both RWD and FWD mounting.

I can take some pictures if you don't believe me.
