Safe amount of timing.
Was reading a thread recently and it was pointed out that the dealer could bump timing to a total of 20 BTDC. I got mine bumped from 15 BTDC TO 17 BTDC. I was under the impression that 17 was the max. It was confirmed today that the consult can bump it to 20. So the question is what is the safe limit? And if the dealer felt it safe and did do it would they be liable for any damage?
