04Motor Swap- Old Motor 100K, New motor 17K!

I'm having a motor put in here's some pics I got a great deal. It's costing me less to swap the motor than to replace the valves, this is the new motor going in, so I thought I share pics of what the VQ looks like out of the car:

No, I had the burnt exhaust valve since june of 08 when it started missing so I had a compression check and leak down test done, low compression in cylinder 5 as a result of the burnt exhaust valve and a bad injector and probably the juice didn't help either. I'll build the old engine when I get my cash right and the new motor is costing less to do the motor swap than a valve job so that's a no brainer.
