Has anyone used q 45 piston rings from vh45de or any aftermarket piston ring used(93mm) on a vq30dek searched cant find any wanted something little thicker/ better than stock. The stock rings 1.20 q45's is 1.88 but very pricey any suggestions please chime thanks!

 

You should prob look into a VK45de since it is closer to a VQ

 

from what I've studied on the FSMs, they will work, and should be beneficial, since they are just ever so slightly thicker
