@ .525" lift, the stock heads flow 270cfm on the intake side, and 163cfm on the ehxaust side, into a cylinder the same size as the factory bore, and modeling clay radiused entry into the port. I have a local machine shop that does extensive cylinder head work with Dodge, Chevrolet and Ford pushrod heads, and, while they are not writing the CNC program for my heads, they have offered extensive suggestions, and allowed access to their flow bench.

This project is at least a few months away from being finished.. My customer is paying me a little at a time to get things together. So far, we have the sleeved block finished, and the rotating assembly is done. The heads are being worked on, now..

Not really sure.. it just depends on my customer's budget/timeframe.. The bottom end is paid for, the block is sleeved, and I've got the spare set of heads here. Next, he's going to work on funding for the CNC work, cams/valvetrain. It's tough to fork out big bucks all at one time.. especially in today's market.

Here's the block.. I picked it up from the machine shop the other day..

I'm bringing it to another machine shop, to have the final bore/hone done, and a few other misc machine tricks.. because the shop that sleeved it is taking FOREVER on several of my project.

A small local shop that's owned by Southland Dodge. These guys are badass, but, my GOD they are slow! They do a lot of comp and super comp engines, and specialize in Hemi's, but, they have a very nice facility with climate control, Sunnen machines, flow bench, and a in-house engine dyno.
