Connecting Emanage Blue

I have the Emanage Blue for my 5.5 gen Maxima and I just had a friend wire it in for me and everything is working well there. I am not trying to connect it to my computer and it will not recognize it. I have the software installed and I am using a serial to usb adapter and the drivers for that are installed. It is still not connecting to the pc. Does anyone know anything else I can try to get it to work? Any help will be great. Thanks in advance.

Most emanage problems are from the cable/driver

We got the emanage connected, it was a driver issue with the usb > serial adapter.

Now the Support tool gives a communication error when trying to import data from the unit. I suspect that is because the support tool is running v1.11 and the emanage is running v1.49, yet when I try to update the support tool to v1.49 it tells me "Access denied (5)"

Does anyone have the support tool with v1.49 already integrated to it? Everything I have come across online brings me to a dead end.

Edit: I was able to update the support tool to v1.20 and it communicates with the emanage now.

Now I need to find the airflow dial settings to adjust for a LRMAF.

Edit 2: Ok I found the airflow dial settings for a Q45, which I believe I am supposed to use for the LRMAF. Q45 in and A33(or equivalent) out.

For anyone that is still checking in on this thread for the airflow dial info we are using Q45 maf in and A33/Z33 maf out. http://forums.maxima.org/4921445-post38.html I believe that we used 7-0-0 as the dial settings.

Haven't tried. Lrmaf is in AZ anyways. But those settings we had before were correct.
