All motor guys,
I need specifications on the HR valvesprings.
Spring pressure (open/closed), height, and spring rate. Any info on where I can find them would be greatly appreciated.

I think we all believed double shimming HR springs was the way to go. IIRC I paid 137.87$ for the entire set of items (24 valve springs/48 shims).

This means that even with 11mm lift cams you can double shim the HR spring to raise the seat pressure and still not get coil bind (for a total of 12mm effective spring lift pressure).

edit: Those colors I listed with each spring is the paint color mark from Nissan. And IIRC, some VQ30 springs had yellow.

Load with valve open : 502 – 566 N (51.2 – 57.7 kg, 113 – 127 lb)
Installation height : 37.0 mm (1.457 in)

Yea i should of gotten HR springs/double shims instead of JWT.. But iirc somebody said they were running JWT's at 7800 all day with no issues.. but HR's are running 8k+ all the time so i shoulda done that lol.
