engine Flush Questiom

I have 140000 miles on my engine and its running great... I wanted some advice about flushing the motor at one of these local giffy lubes spots...
Ive read mixed reviews about this topic, good and bad... I want to hear from the orgers...

do you mean something like seafoaming your car or flushing out fluids?

I flush all fluids(tranny, coolant, brake, steering) every 100k. Any shop should be able to do it. I would avoid pepboys and places like that, goto a real mechanic.
