First prove there are gains to be had with a little less than 80 thousands. Then mass produce it.

I'd still recommend a PFTB for anyone wanting to go bigger on a cable driven 4th gen.

Since you are spending so much time on making the old 4th gen TB breathe better, have you considered cutting off the top half of the throttle shaft? This means removing the two screws holding the throttle blade, sliding out the blade, using a hacksaw blade to cut off the upper part of the shaft (without the threaded holes), countersinking the blade a bit and using new flathead screws to attach the blade back to the shaft. With blue locktite...

I did this to my '01 Pathy TB, making measurements as I went, and I picked up a real 10% increase in the area of the throat of the TB. Without grinding on the TB to do it. Just a thought...

how does a broken phone deposit periods randomly all over a message? doesnt even make sense. If they show up while youre typing then JUST DELETE THEM
