5.7gen: No start, P0340, P0345

I've got a 2012 motor in a 2002 that's not starting. It will crank all day long, but never fire up.

Its throwing 4 codes at the moment:
P1800
P0340
P0345

P0113

The vehicle came to me with P1800 and P0113.

P0340 and P0345 tell me that somethings up with my cam sensor/signal inverter wiring.

Here is how I have the inverter (Just IVT until the car is running) wired up. Diagram is looking at the sensor itself.

With the sensors unplugged and key ON, Pins 1 and 3 are getting 5v at the sensor pigtail on both banks.

With key ON, I am getting 12v at pins 65 and 85 at the ECU connector with or without metal touching the end of the cam sensor. Searching tells me that it should be about 0.04v with nothing at the sensor and 4.58v with metal at the sensor. So I believe my issue lies here, just not sure what steps to take next.

Is there anything else I should check? I'm out of ideas.

got it resolved right?

most people doing these swaps are having a hard time with cam sensor wiring. I'm working on a write up for this.

Yes, I had the +5v and Signal wires swapped.

I am not up to date on my wiring terminology and thats what threw me off. Here is the proper pinout of the Cam sensor harness.
