What compression pistons for vq30 block and vq35 head?

Looking to do a build on my vq30 in my 99 Infiniti and hitting some trouble, trying to figure out what compression piston and rods to run with a vq35 head. The head will drop the compression idk what to or how to find it. I know ill have to run high comp than stock (10:1) but dont wanna get stuck with too high because i plan on boosting it. also if i run a higher compression piston will the stock vq35 head be ok? or do i need to "beef" it up, better retainers and springs? If you cant tell im new to this so any knowledge would help or if someones done this before could you give me some secrets lol. the target comp is 8.5:1... Thanks
