i have a '95 and the cd/ tape player has been acting retarded lately too. it keeps either shutting off or displaying "Err" when a cd has already been playing. i think maybe it's just worn out. either way it is a good excuse for me to HAVE to buy a new one.

Thanks for the info I had the error once to. But this time it went off and won't come back on. Do you know if there is a reset button on it any where? Like I said I have had the car just over a month so I don't know much about it. I do like the one it has it's actually a very good one for around this area small town. But any how thanks for the reply.

i don't think there is a reset button or anything. my previous car was a '90 Max and the Bose tape player went completely dead... so i had to fix it with a hammer
