I want my CD and Cassette without the CD Changer

Got a 97 GXE with a cassette. How do I add a CD player to the vehicle without replacing the cassette or getting a CD changer??

Nissan makes an add-on CD player.

$500 from the dealer. Or try eBay.

Or spend a little less for an aftermarket Double Din sized unit that has both. Clarion, Pioneer, and I think JVS all have one...

I had Clarion ADX 5655z, a good unit, but was sticking out a bit, guess that attracted the thieves. I might go with double-DIN again. There's like 15 models on the market, ranging from 280 to 600 bux for top-of-the line Pioneer FHP8800. Go to yahoo.com, click on the "shopping" link, and type in "double-din". See what comes up. Factory tape player is worth replacing.
