help connecting a ps2 in car

help connecting a ps2 in car

just got a 7" lcd screen for my car.i'm hooking up a ps2 to it. what do i need to give power to the ps2 and where can i buy it.

all feed back will be greatly appreciated!

you can buy a power inverter that converts 12v dc (your car) to ac (ps2 plug). you can purchase these at car stores... electronics stores... i bought mine for $35 from price club, i believe it was 300 watt. it came with a cig lighter so you can just plug it in, but i cut off the lighter part and hard wired it to the battery.

i connected mine to the power wire behind the head unit. that way i wouldn't risk killing the battery. i got a cheap one from walmart. 400watt for $40 i think
