will this sound good?

ok i have an altima right now but will have a maxima within the next few months. i was thiinking about gettin the alpine CDA 7892, and then getting a bose adapter and running it to the stock bose speakers, then getting an alpine amp, and 2 12" infinity reference subs. that would be the way to go for me if i want to lower my car and tint the windows too. but my other choice is to get the alpine CDA7892, Infinity Kappa 6.5 3ways for the front, and kappa 6X9 3ways in rear, and an alpine amp and 2 12" infinity reference subs. i figure that the second option will run me about 1,300 bucks with install. which would u say sounds better?
