Hookin up Bass Shakers to Bose

I have a 2k SE with bose. I just bought the PD4 and PD2 converter kits. I haven't yet chosen an amp to power the 100watt Aura Bass shakers... but as soon as i do.. i was wondering.. should i run the amp from the rca's in the back of the headunit or from the Bose amp for the sub?? I know that Nissan has made the bose compensate for distortion by allowing the bass to automatically trim down at higher levels... but i don't want that to happen with the bass shakers. My question is.. how do i prevent the Bass Shakers from trimming down at Higer levels of play.. like my bose sub?
