3rd gen rattle problem...neone have same problem

3rd gen rattle problem...neone have same problem

Ive gotta 3rd gen max...i got 2 12" JL w3 sittin in my trunk, facing the rear of my car...inside the car...all i hear is the damn rear deck thingy rattling, and also the brake light in the rear view window smacking the damn glass...ne suggestions are GREATLY appreciated

The brake light, if you have a spoiler w/LEDs, you can remove. Otherwise something like a little rubber stripping around the edge meeting the window might work.

The rear deck thingee I can't help you with

my rear deck is dynomatted, its still not stopping the pressure from my subs pushing it up...my whole trunk is dynomatted

i got the same problem with the rear deck, but i think it's quite possible that my dr. side 6x9 in the rear deck is just loose, but the next step in the direction to fixing that problem would be to port it

pretty much cutting a big enough hole in your rear deck, to disallow the bass in your trunk from becoming pressurized

after i cut this hole, what do i put over it? how can i make this look real good?

just put a speaker grille over it... before you go cutting i'd ask around the .org because if the whole is too big it would weaken the structure of the car... goodluck

i cut mine out behind the armrest...just cardboard and plastic

pearl, if i cut it out behind the armrest, do i still put speaker grill over it...but that wont work less the armrest is down, rite
