maxima of the month trunk ported.
I noticed that the maxima of the month ported his trunk into the car. i have a problem with the piece that the 6x9's mount to behind the rear seats rattling really bad. would that rattle be because of the bass being trapped in the trunk? I was wondering if i should port mine too into the car? Also where is a good cheap place to buy dinomate?

well i'm not so sure about the trapped bass. but i know my friend had the same problem in his 626. then we "dynomatted" the trunk and the rear deck and the rattle was gone, the bass being more defined. try eBay they have very good auctions for dynomat every once in a while. THen you don't need to use dynomat there's other cheaper alternatives that work and perform the same way. I've seen around stuff from Cascade audio, raammat, and i think someone here was advertizing a product from ememental designs don't remember who, but do a search on dynomat alternatives, that should help.
what's your trunk setup? if you have 4 12's in your trunk i'd think it would be a good idea to make a port. but for 2 10's or 12's it shouldn't matter, unless you want more bass in the cabin.
