One weekend my buddy and I installed 4 clarion head units I installed one in my max and an Altima.. My buddy installed them in two honda civics... One civic was his GF's and the other was my so call GF's.. Anyway the other day she email me(I told her I never wanted to speak to her again when I broke up with her) and stated that her head unit doesn't work and could she get the receipt for the warranty(of course I still haven't replied, if ever). Well the same day my buddy's GF called him and said her screen wasn't working(the dial and numbers lit up but not the main display) but the every thing else worked fine.. Well of course the only two things that are consistant is the he installed both of those radios and the both were installed in Civics.. I'm waiting for my other buddy to get home so we can see if his GF's radio works ok in her Altima... Mine was stolen so I hope it broke too#;>)

Nope no problems with my 2

One thing I know of is if there are any voltage problems it will trip itself off. You then have to press a reset butoon . I don't remember where though.I beleive ther is a hole once the face is down that you stick a paper clip into and it resets it. I could be wrong, though I have never been about anything before, so you might want to talk to the store you bought them from.
