my 2 12" JL W3...blown , fried the wires...man o man this sucks...

o well, now thats its past me, time to upgrade ...

I still got a awesome box, and amp.

I'm looking for 2 12" subs I can get, that are round...not square, so i can use my box, and that I can use my amp with, which is the MTX, Thunder 6500D

 

I was really looking into the type R's, but they need 300 rms, i can only offer 250 :-/

 

problem solved...thanks to the folks at circuit city, where we bought my 6500d...went back there, they were the people who said my w3 were blown...they said that they recomended the wrong amp, and felt bad, so they are taking the amp back, free of charge, 4 monthes later, and selling me the 8100 for 600$ 100$...then I am getting 2 12" Type R's for 200$ a piece...with free installation of amp and subs, and a 4 year warranty on both...good...I THINK GREAT!!!
