Eclipse Point Source speakers

For some unkown reason, my back door speakers are not working. I thought I might have been rocking out too hard, and they blew. I just got back from the stereo shop, and they reassured me that they really didnt think they were blown. The back speakers are powered by Eclipse's 32440 with 85x4 power. Just enough power I'd think. Luckily, the labor and installation is guaranteed for life, so I set up an appointment on Sat. Anyone have a clue as to why there is no sound coming out of them? FYI...they were working a couple of days ago, and are only 3 weeks old.

Point Source Speakers

I just got back from the stereo shop. One of the speakers was definitely blown. The installer speculated that the Eclipse amp shut off the other one, just because of safety. They replaced the Point Source's with the newer line, and bumped the warranty up to 3 yrs. They raised the crossover, and raised the gains. It sounds pretty good, but I have still been toying with the idea of putting components in the rear, for it to be a full surround sound effect. I know that takes away from "staging" but I think it would be a lot louder. They really dont want to cut Permanent holes by the door handle. I noticed that a fellow .org member put the tweets in the piller above the safety belt.
