Trying to get some good info. together for everyone who has a basslink, and also for people that are interested in getting one.

Just some questions, feel free to add more info. if you want:

Where did you mount your Basslink?
What year is your Maxima?
Bose or non-Bose?
If Bose, did you leave in the Bose sub on the rear deck, disconnect it, or remove it entirely?
What are your settings on the Basslink?

 

Mounted in the left corner
2002 w/Bose
Disconnected and removed the factory Bose sub from rear deck
Gain at 1/2 way
Crossover 1/3
Bass Boost off
HU set at Bass 0
I used the PAC AOEM-NIS2, and left that at the factory settings.

I just installed it this past weekend, so I'm still going to be tweaking it. Hopefully with some input from some of you guys...

I also put in Dynamat Xtreme on the trunk floor, spare tire well, wheel humps, and trunk lid.
I have noticed severe rattling of the clear bumper lights on both rear quarter panels.
Any suggestions on how to best eliminate that?
