What's the most sticky tape for my application?

What's the most sticky tape for my application?
I'm trying to get crossovers to stick to the bottom of my rear deck (came with the Infinity Kappa's). I've already tried duct tape, but it just keeps falling. Would aluminum tape work?

How about a couple strips of velcro on each? The kind with the adhesive backing. Haven't personally tried it but seems like it would work. Would be good if you wanted to temporarily remove and then reattach later. Also 3M I believe sells some pretty good double sided mounting tape like stuff. Both you could probably find for cheep at your local Walmart.

Like Nismo said, get 3M double sided tape...MAKE SURE IT IS THE GREY KIND...very important, but if i were u i would drill and mount with screws. Dont have to worry about it falling, and makes it harder for theives to get it out...just a thought.

I tried velcro, but the strips are stuck to the parts by a weak paste. The strips themselves would fall off the deck, so both sides would be stuck to the crossover.
I think I'll try screws, but my Infinitis didn't come with mounting brackets to attach to the screws. Do you guys mount them another way?

It's not the adhesive
The problem is, you have to clean the surface first. Just use some alcohol and some paper towel to wipe down the area first. It'll make the adhesive stick SO MUCH better.
When I first dynamat in my car, I prepped all the surfaces. But when I went to do that part, I figured, oh it's clean, no need to prep it. WRONG! It fell off every other day or so. But it didn't anywhere else, where I did prep first.
Prepping alone may not be enough if your adhesive isn't strong enough, but it'll definetly help tonnes.

another trick I learned from when I was into RC racing is to get some shoe goo or household goop and just put a glob on it and stick it up and let it set for about an hour. that stuff is stronger than any tape and its still easly taken off and cleaned. Its like a rubber compound thats flexable.
