Need Help Wiring Amp

Hey all, I already tried a search on this but only got information about various ways to run power wire to trunk through firewall. My question is how tough is it to run RCA cables to the trunk to hook up to the amp. I havent taken anything apart yet or tried to hook them up, but I am planning on doing it pretty soon. I would jsut like to get suggestion about the best way to run both power cable and RCA cables to the trunk.

Well choker, I agree with everything Jayson said above, but here's a little more detail.

It's not too hard, and shouldn't take you too long. I would suggest first of all, that you run the RCA's on one side (maybe passenger), and power on the other side (driver side, since battery is on this side). This will help keep out the engine noises right off the bat. You can pull all the plastic trim from front to back. There are the little kick panels in front, then the strip along the doors, front and back. You can undo the sections of plastic between front door and back door too for access along the floor. When you get to the back, you can pull under the back seat for total hiding, or lay along the cracks if you choose. Once you pull off the plastic strips and stuff, you will be able to run all wires under the carpet, then put all plastic back together. Remember where you takeany loose clamps from, and you shouldn't have any problems. Good Luck!!,,,,,,DMAN

Just a word of caution. Since the weather is starting to get a bit colder the little plastic parts will begin to get brittle. You should try and make sure your car isn't too cold before you start pulling everyting up. If you break it it will rattle and drive you nuts.

Check out PAC's website. They have a couple of products for our cars.

http://www.go2pac.com/

Go to the products section, and search by make and model.

I have the AOEM-NIS2 adapter and it works fine. No wire cutting/tapping required.
