XM Radio HU?

I was just wondering what XM Satellite Radio HU you recommend? I also wanted to get a nice 4 channel amp. I'm going to keep the existing stock speakers. I've already replaced the sub and sub amp. My stock HU skips like crazy until it warms up which took 20 minutes this morning and it was only 37 degrees this morning.

Will I have to buy a seperate XM receiver? How are the stock speakers crossed over? Is it at the speaker itself or is the bose amp doing it? I just don't want to spend the money for new seperates and coaxes this year. Should I take the car into Nissan to show them the skipping when it's cold outside? It was mid 50's this morning and it took 15 minutes for the radio to warm up and stop skipping.

I just got all new carpeting, wood floors on the 2nd floor, Maxima, all sorts of mods for the Maxima and lots of other things that I've purchased this year. I need to calm down.

not shure about the x overs with the bose but you would need to buy the reciever and antenna for the XM and also the subscription

I have, they actually sound like speakers priced higher. But this is audio and that's just my opinion

I've got a Sony CDX-M730 and I love it, does XM too. I may switch back to an Alpine someday, but I wanted to try something different this go around. 3 outs, XM ready, all that. There's a sweet Clarion you might like, but its Sirius.

Yes, you need a receiver, about 170-200 bucks, usually free install at places like Best Buy
