Wow!!!! Amps!!!

wow amps are confusing. i have a quick question about amps for components. how many channels do i need to power 4 in car speakers not including sub? that means front set and rear set. should i get 2 or 4 channel? should i get 1 amp per set? and wat are the best brands for sq in these areas? thanks for all the help.

If you want them all run on amp power, you'll need a 4 channel to have any fade control. You can also run a 4 channel mixed to power a sub on 2 channels and the 4 components off the other 2 channels of the amp.

I would go with a nice 4 channel amp matched to the quality of your components or coaxs

if youre doing all 4, PLUS a sub, i suggest a 4 channel + 2 or 1 channel...or a 5 channel.

Preferably buy a 4 channel amp, but if you can get a great deal on a 2 channel, buy it. If you have some high end head unit with special dsp or wahtever, get a 4 channel one.
