I have absolutely no idea about sound sytems, and someone offered this setup. It includes:

2(12") MB Quart subs
T300 Orion amp
Rockford wires (full set)

The guy said he paid $1200 for it, willing to part with it for $600. Is it worth it? Thanks.

 

find out which quart subs those are, they are not SPL subs, but have very good SQ. they have a box?

orion amps are good sq amps

wires... well, it cant hurt.

how old are they??? it could go for 600, maybe. depends on the model of the subs. you could probably get a new system for about 600.

what kind of system are you really looking into? spl or sq?

 

Thanks. I'd have to find that out really, and post it again. It's for my friend ('00 Civic EX) ugh, but he doesn't know anything and neither do i. ill give him a call and ask. thanks for the input.
