Sirius Mounting Question

Any sggestions for where to mount the Kenwood controller/modulator in a 5th gen with the stock head unit still intact? I know it is a flat mount, but where to put it? Thanks-

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't know if I would want to drive with the visor down all the time. May be a little too distracting...
