What impedence are the Bose front tweets in the 4th Gens?
What impedence are the Bose front tweets in the 4th Gens?
Are they 1 ohm, like the other speakers, or a higher impedence? I am guessing that theu are 2 or 4, which explains their lower output (as compared to the door speakers). If they were 1 ohm, that would have the Bose amps running @ 1/2 ohm, which just seems too low. If the doors were @ 1 ohm and the tweets were @ 2 or 4, it would serve to raise the soundstage slightly, but not enough to allow you to truly "locate" the highs in the A pillars, because the output from the tweets would be so much less than the output of the door 6.5"s. Am I making any sense?
