JBL amps question

Ok this is a question to anyone that has a JBL 150.1, BP300.1, BP600.1, or BP1200.1. I ordered the BP1200.1 and I was wondering if it comes with a remote bass controller. If not, does it have the option to hook one up to it?

Thanks

I have a BP600.1

I have a BP600.1 and as far as I know there is no way to hook up a remote bass controller to the JBL amps. I don't see any connections at all on the amp. May be somebody rigged something up for that. I sure would like a remote bass controller.

I like the amp

The amp is great. I have it hooked up to one MBQuart 12 DVC so it pumped out a lot of bass. Runs cool too. The adjustment is on the side of the amp so it depends on where you mount them. You also need a small flat head screwdriver to adjust it. I mounted it on the box itself and the box is in the trunk against the back seat so it is kinda hard to adjust it. So I just don't do it often at all.

I have the bp1200.1 sitting under my bed waiting for it to get warmer and also waiting for my car to get out of the shop. I have the 80.4 in the car right now, and it's a nice amp. Those jbl amps have some ***** and are really nice amps. As for remote bass controller, why not get a hu w/ sub control?

It's a sweet hu, the only reason why I bought it was b/c it was silver and blue I'm not even using the 60wX4 that's available from the hu, b/c I have a 4 channel amp in my car.

How are your 2 type R's keeping up with the 8100??? Do you have to keep the gains way down?
