after market headunit work with bose speakers?

i have the bose six speaker stock system right now and i might be getting a new head unit and putting a screen where the old bose headunit used to be. Does any after market headunit work with these speakers, or do i need to get all new speakers? thanks

Yes. You need a kit to make it work with Bose though. It's made by PAC, and is called "ROEM-NIS2". You can locate it at http://www.go2pac.com/ or ask your local Circuit City/Best Buy to order it. If you have questions about the kit, contact PAC directly.

I know it can be done, because I've done it, using that kit, in my car that had a Bose HU. Good luck.

Can be done. You can purchase a Per[pheral connecter and Nissan wiring harness both from Circuit City. Both harnesses need to be combined into one....some modifying but not real hard.

I just did this on my 97 GLE and it was a piece of cake.
