Those of you who did the stock bose headunit.. how did u setup your system...

right now I have 3 10's and a 600 watt amp (4 bridgable)

I was wondering what u used to set up using the stock bose headunit...

Will it hold up my 3 10's?

Are you planning on stacking them on top of the headunit? It's really not that sturdy.

Seriously, you just need some kind of line driver. I used a audiocontrol 4.1.

Open the Audio Forum FAQ thread. Go to the last post and look there under there. There are threads that will answer most Bose questions/problems. If you still can't find an answer, reply here.

Your best bet would be to read the threads studman referred to, they cover pretty much everything.

In any case, I have a Kicker Freeair 8" sub in the stock 5th gen location. I had it getting its signal using a run of the mill Line Output Converter which was very sorry, indeed. I now have the signal tapped right behind the HU using a PAC AOEM-NIS2 kit, which is absolutely wonderful. I have a Pioneer 10" sub and box in the mail that I'm waiting to put in the trunk. After installing the PAC adapter my expectations are high indeed.
