Those who used the stock bose Headunit

Those of you who did the stock bose headunit.. how did u setup your system...

right now I have 3 10's and a 600 watt amp (4 bridgable)

I was wondering what u used to set up using the stock bose headunit...

Will it hold up my 3 10's?

Are you planning on stacking them on top of the headunit? It's really not that sturdy.

Seriously, you just need some kind of line driver. I used a audiocontrol 4.1.

i know i need a converter.... but i'm not sure if that's all i need.. just need so see the other people's setup.. thanx!

Open the Audio Forum FAQ thread. Go to the last post and look there under there. There are threads that will answer most Bose questions/problems. If you still can't find an answer, reply here.

well actually i wanna know how anyone who has the bose HU set up their system.. what they used... and so on...

Your best bet would be to read the threads studman referred to, they cover pretty much everything.

In any case, I have a Kicker Freeair 8" sub in the stock 5th gen location. I had it getting its signal using a run of the mill Line Output Converter which was very sorry, indeed. I now have the signal tapped right behind the HU using a PAC AOEM-NIS2 kit, which is absolutely wonderful. I have a Pioneer 10" sub and box in the mail that I'm waiting to put in the trunk. After installing the PAC adapter my expectations are high indeed.

get a paripheal piece from a car audio store i have one on my i30 pushing 800w and a L7 12'' solo.

i know didn't spell the word right so just say like it sounds
