Roof mount magnetic antenna install

I'm trying to run the wires for my antenna, I was thinking of just keeping it inside on the rear deck. My first problem is how to I run the wiring to get it under the drivers seat. Should I run it at the edge of the window and deck to the rear pillar and below the roof to the B pillar and out at the bottom? The second problem is where is there somewhere that the antenna is going to stick? Should I take out the bose sub cover(I don't have the bose system) and put it in there?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Chris

I used velcro to keep my antenna from moving. I just used one side of the velcro, so it will stick to the carpet and I have my tuner box under my back seat on the driver side. The seat just sticks up a little but so far no one's complained or even notice it.

Where did you route the wires?

I just routed my wires down the side of the backseat behind the cushion. Then I just have the coming in from the divers side of the passenger door. I then made a little circles w/ the antenna wire, so I didn't kink them.
In this pic, you can see where my antenna is at:
