Need help with my Clifford alarm

I got my car with a Clifford Alarm already installed on it, and I am very happy with it, but I don't think the remote was programed correctly. I've dropped my keys twice by accident now, and the Clifford remote has something rattleing in it. Now it doesn't work properly. I was just wondering, can I get a replacement and programed, what do you think I should do? I want to get another remote, this one has issues. Thanks for the help.

Any clifford alarm you could get a replacement, it may be better to get the installer to program it. If it is the Clifford Matrix 3 the remote is about $80.
