Equalizer
Equalizer
I was looking at Clarion EQ's and was wondering if they were any good. But since I am still using my stock deck I wanted it to match. I am however upgrading everything else (hifonics all around). The EQ is 9 band. I think EQ's are one of those items where its "you get what you pay for" but if let me know even if the cheapo ones still do there job.
Sorry to put it like this but hifonics is not an upgrade.
And a 9 band eq will just leave you wanting 21 more...Any eq worth it's weight is gonna be 30 bands and a grand, dont' matter which one you pick they all fall around that.

Thanks fellas...i was trying to fix a problem that I thought an Equalizer could tune out but the problem was with the line to RCA converter (gain was set to maximum on it - go figure). My hifonics speakers sound much better than it did in the first place. I have to give it up to you max'n'out, but you got some crazy stuff. I wouldn't mind having a couple of Zapco amps in my trunk.
P.S. Hifonics may not be an upgrade to you, but it is to me
