ANybody have any experience with this stuff? Is it on the same level with Dynamat? I would like to save as much money as I can, and it seems to me with dynamat as well as everything else thats name brand when it come to card audio, is priced rediculously high. If this stuff in the auction sucks could someone give me a link to some other stuff thats cheap and comparable to dynamat? ALso how hard is it to install it stuff in a trunk? Can anybody do it, or should I have some place do it for me?

I purchased this stuff not too long ago. Great product and would recommend it instead of paying the high $$ for dynamat. I ordered 100 sq ft. but only took 50 sq ft for the trunk and sold the rest back to ebay. See my homepage for pics. Thanks

well
does the RAAM stuff have a self adhesive like the fat matt stuff? How thick is the RAAM brand. The fat mat stuff is 45 milimeters I believe. Is that really thin? How thick is dynamat. I really want to get cheap stuff thatworks well, and is easy to install. I hear dynamat is a bit cause you have to heat it and it stinks real bad.

does the RaamMat have a self adhesive on it? You got the link to where to purchase it? Also is it hard to install in a trunk. I reall have no knowledgeof installing dampening materials but i don't want to pay some moron at best buy or other place a bunch of money to do it if I can do it in a day or over a few days.

A quick clarification: mil and millimeter is NOT the same. if you think it's the same, you will be utterly dissapointed. follow this link and see the difference.

apparently the link is down to their website, but I would still wait it out and buy the Raammat over the fatmat. Many people have had problems with the fatnat sticking to the tops of trunks, headliners, etc. It is just not as good a product. If you want to cheap out on it go to home depot and find some Peel and Seal
