How do you remove the rear seat on a 2002 maxima?

How do you remove the rear seat on a 2002 maxima?
I was able to get the Bose deck off and the have all the wires run to the trunk. I have alot of cleanup that I still need to do. How do I take off the bottom of the rear seat? Also, where did you guys ground your amps? For now, I unbolted one of the hangers for the rear seat.

In the middle of each side of the back seat, there are 2 tabs where the seat meets the carpet of the floorboard. They are white. Pull both tabs towards the front of the car about 1 inch and the front of the rear seat will come upward. Pull the front of the seat towards the front of the car. The seat will be removed.
