When installing 6.5 inch speakers

When installing comonents in front and coaxials in back has anybody needed an adapter to make the speakers fit the 6 3/4 inch spaces? If so where can you these adapters, or do you have to cut those rings our of MDF to make them?

Crutchfield.com sells all kinds of adapters for whatever car and year you want. I would start here.

Dan, I noticed that some speakers are sold with those rings included. Maybe we'll get lucky.

I'm having the same problem...Is it hard to install them yourself? I have a fair knowledge, I replaced my rear ones, but I need help on the panel...also what are these adapters? we can use any 6-1/2 component system?
