Installing new system with Bose speakers...

This is a quetion that may have been asked, but I couldn't find a concise answer and I'm a NOOB ... I am going to replace the crappy bose head unit in my car(that piece of $h@t only worked for a friggin year!!) , but I want to retain my Bose speakers. I already know I need a level line converter for this....But I also want to add an AMP and 12" thunderforce 6000 subs to the trunk. If someone can just point me to an article or something....I would let Best Buy do it, but I heard that they will have your subs sounding like whispers in the wind. I want my system to rock(so when I bang my Al Green CD I can drown out that crappy@$$ JaRule CD coming from the guy in the kitted up Civic next to me!!

Also, I have one Bose speaker up front that is bad. Would it be possible to replace just the front speakers, keep the bose ones in back and still have it all sound good???

In addition , I was wondering if a clarion VS735 could be my head unit and power my speakers, I want to add one of those cheap 7" TV screens later this summer after the new paint rims and headunit....What do i need to look for to power my speakers in a head unit???
