Flickering head Lights

Help Guys!

I have a "00" Se loaded. Factory Head unit, a Rockford 500x for the mains and a 700s for two RF subs in a sealed box. I have a 1 farad cap and a Red top optima. On deep bass hits my head lights still have a noticeable dim. Any suggestions????

Thanks in advance

Do you have a second battery or did you just replace the stock with an Optima? If you do have a second battery do you have an Isolator?
What is the max Current (not Watts) those amps will use?

I don't think I need a high output alternator cause I only have a jl audio 500/1 and an alpine 400 watt 4channel amp. My grounds are good. I don't know what my problem is.
