Can I Use This Amp To Push These Subs ???

I was only going to have one 10 sub in my trunk but have decided to get two. My question is can I use this amp to push both of my subs. Im not sure because its a mono amp and I thought that meant it is for one sub but I dont really know?

This is the amp: http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/Pi...,92464,00.html

These are the two subs: http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/Pi...9,1987,00.html

Thanks in advance

For that Price, I would purchase a different amp. I also think that is too much power for most 10s. If you want 1000+ watts, I would get the JBL BP1200.1. If you want a good amp for those speakers I would say a JBL BP600.1 would be plenty. You can get that online for 179-200.

Sorry but Im only interested in Pioneer. My question is soley whether or not this amp can be used to push two subs. Im just not sure if it can push only one sub or two.

Mono amp does not only work for one sub... you can have may subs on it as long as it can push the power.

Anywho... the amp does its best power at two ohm load. You want to go with two subs... therefore you need to make that those either come if 4ohm SVC or 2ohm DVC on order to get final load of 2ohm.

Thanks in advance
That combo would work well!!

The amp is rated at 600w rms @ 2 ohms. The subs are single 4 ohms and rated at 350w rms. Wire the two subs in parallel for a 2 ohm load. You'll get about 300w rms to each sub.

Hope that helps.
